Authy is Requesting QR code

Modified on Wed, Feb 5 at 5:38 PM

If there is a request for a QR Code during the log in process, this indicates that Authy has already been installed on the device. Please log in with your email address and password at: https://sdrm.nastfsecurityregistry.org/

Confirm the correct number is being used for Two Factor Setup that was entered while setting up Authy.

When prompted for Two Factor Setup, please enter your Cellphone number, then click Submit. Close and re-open the Authy application on your Cellphone and select NASTF towards the bottom of the screen.

When prompted for the Two Factor Code, enter the 7-digit NASTF Authy token, then click Submit.
Note: When entering the NASTF Authy token, do not use spaces. The spaces are provided for extra readability.

If you have any further questions about the information requested, please submit a support ticket at support.nastf.org.
