Authy - App Does Not Meet Minimum Integrity

Modified on Wed, Feb 5 at 5:35 PM

If you receive the message “The App Does Not Meet The Minimum Integrity Requirements” after installing Authy, it means that your device likely doesn’t meet the security standards required to run the app, which could be due to factors like an outdated operating system, a rooted/jailbroken device, or missing security updates; essentially, your phone might not be considered secure enough to store sensitive authentication codes.

Please confirm your device is not rooted. If your device has been unlocked or rooted, unfortunately, you will not be able to use Authy. Update through the Google Play Store to make sure you have the latest version.

You may need to contact Authy directly for further assistance with this matter - https://authy.com/help/
