NASTF requires 2 professional references for the VSP credential registry. Applicant must provide the first name, last name, and phone number.

Acceptable

• Coworker
• Past/recent owner
• People you might work for often

Rejected

• 800 numbers
• Family members
• Businesses

Very often VSP's will put themselves down as a professional reference, this will not be approved.
