Receiving a 403 Error message when submitting a D1 may indicate that a special character in one of the fields or an attached document is causing a problem.
First, review all the fields in the form (specifically look at punctuations, dashes or spaces) and make any adjustments; then save for later without documents attached. Following that, resave with documents; if there is an issue, then you may need to resubmit with new images uploaded.
